Whitby Heath on the BBC

Whitby Heath in collaboration with HealthBox, the local company who supports our health progammes in school, were featured on the BBC Breakfast Television in July.

Children from Year 3 demonstrated the importance of Oral Health through lots of different activities.

It was an early start for all with the children arriving in school by 6:30am! There was great excitiment as the BBC began filming and many of the children were asked to repsond to questions as the programme went out live!

After the filming Healthbox invited the children and the staff from the BBC to some well earned breakfast!
