Good morning everyone! How are you today? smiley I know it might feel strange at first this week but I hope you are getting more used to learning at home. I am sure you are enjoying showing your adults how much you have learnt this year!

We are carrying on with time in maths this morning so have a go at converting months to years and days to weeks. Then I have found a super fun challenge for you to complete -why not try clapping your timestables first then you might more clearly see how the patterns can relate! See:

I have also set lots more activities on mathletics for you to have a go at!

Additionally, Pie Corbett is offering free story telling interactive programme at 9.30-10.30am today if you’re interested in watching? – visit RadioBlogging.net for the link.

This afternoon we will be finding out more about Roman armour! Label the Roman soldier and design your own Roman shield- you can also make it afterwards!

Remember if you can't print any of the activities set you can always discuss, research, complete similar activities to do with the topic online or on mathletics or write/draw the activity in your exercise book.

Here are some great websites to have a look at:

http://www.primaryhomeworkhelp.co.uk/romans/armour.html

https://www.knowtheromans.co.uk/Categories/RomanArmy/RomanWeaponsandArmour/

https://www.topmarks.co.uk/Search.aspx?q=telling+time

When using your exercise book to complete your activities always write the short date and subject and underline them. It is super important to always practise keeping your work neat, especially with pen awards being so exciting in KS2 so we want to keep up the beautiful handwriting you have all been doing.

Have a lovely day! smiley
